About Sinda Khenine

Reliable systems start with clear ownership.

I work across enterprise data, business intelligence and AI architecture. My job is to turn fragmented information into systems that people can inspect, operate and improve.

Engineering philosophy

Enterprise AI inherits the quality of its context. Source structure, data contracts, retrieval, permissions and evaluation determine whether a model becomes useful infrastructure or another isolated experiment.

I design for evidence, controlled failure and human review. Governance belongs inside the architecture. It should be visible in the data model, the workflow and every consequential output.

SKatalyst AI applies those principles to customer-owned systems. The platform organizes business data and documentation, then connects them to dashboards, assistants and applications with clear deployment choices.

Author and speaker

Speaking tests whether an architecture can survive explanation. My conference work focuses on context engineering, reliable agents and document understanding at production depth.

The Subconscious Architect carries the same attention to structure into a different subject. It gives readers an architectural language for patterns that usually remain hidden.

Reliability

Design for failure, evidence and review.

Ownership

Leave people with systems and knowledge they can control.

Governance

Make sources, boundaries and accountability visible.

Practical engineering

Choose structures a real team can maintain.

Portability

Keep deployment options open from the start.
